This informative note follows as well the Raccomandazione nr.2/2001 which the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, convened in the Group founded by art.29 of the Directive 95/46/CE, adopted on the 17th May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on line and in particular the means, the times and the nature of information that the “owner” of the handling of personal data shall supply to the users when they connect to web pages no matter the purposes of the connection.

The handling connected to web services on this site are located by the company above mentioned location and are taken care of only by the technical staff of the Department in charge of the handling or by possible occasional staff entrusted with their maintenance.

Personal data supplied by the users requesting information literature (catalogues, CD-Rom, newsletter, yearly reports, reply to questions, other literature etc.) are used with the only purpose to perform the requested services and are transmitted to a third party only in the case it results being strictly necessary.

Specific safety measures have been followed in order to prevent the loss of data, illicit or improper usage and not authorised accesses.
RIGHTS OF THE USER INVOLVED
The subject whom the personal data refer to have the right any time to obtain the confirmation of the actual presence of the data and to know their content and their origin, verify their correctness or ask for their integration or their updating, or to amend them (art.7 of d.lgs nr.196/2003).
According to the same article one has the right to ask the cancellation, the conversion into an anonymous form or the block of the handled data as a consequence of a law violation, and to object in any case their treatment for legitimate reasons.
